We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

3. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once shipped, The Secret Garden Bookery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier or Shopify for issues with delivery.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Returns are only eligible for select clothing and jewelry items and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused in their original condition.
Books, gift cards, and special editions are non-returnable.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. We recommend working through Shopify first.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at returns@secretgardenbookery.com within 5 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us via the website or email us at thesecretgardenbookery@gmail.com with your order details.

6. Digital & Pre-Order Items

Digital products and pre-ordered books are non-refundable once processed.
Estimated release dates for pre-orders are subject to change by publishers or distributors.
